AUBURN HILLS, MICH. -- A poke in the eye was exactly what the doctor ordered for Dell Curry.
During the Raptors' pre-game layup line, Curry got poked in the right eye and needed medical assistance inside the team's dressing room.
After receiving some eye drops, Curry returned and watched most of last night's first half from the bench.
When he was given minutes and able to find his shooting rhythm, Curry's deadly eye from the perimeter nearly compensated for some bone-head plays down the stretch.
In the end, though, Curry's team-high 17 points weren't enough as the Pistons beat the Raptors 85-82 to win their best-of-five opening-round playoff series, Much like he did in last spring's Game 7 against the Philadelphia 76ers, Curry's presence on the floor brought the Raptors back from a deficit.
