After expending all that energy in taking home-court advantage away from the Sacramento Kings on Monday, the Mavericks gave it back Thursday night. Chris Webber attacked from the inside and Mike Bibby bombed away from the outside as the Kings stunned the Mavericks 125-119 before a sellout crowd of 20,265 at American Airlines Center.

In winning Game 3, the Kings lead this best-of-seven series, 2-1. Game 4 is at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Dallas, and Game 5 is at 8 p.m. Monday in Sacramento, Calif.

The Mavericks continued to be hampered by slow starts and now must win at least one more game in Sacramento to advance to the next round.

Webber finished with 31 points and 15 rebounds, and Bibby added 29 points (10-of-17) and nine assists as the Kings showed why they had the third-best road record in the NBA this season. Whenever the Kings needed a key basket, it was Webber, Bibby, Vlade Divac or Doug Christie who stepped up and knocked down the big shot.
