Utah Jazz President Dennis Haslam today announced the appointment of Michael Snarr to the position of vice president of sales for the Utah Jazz. Snarr, a 15-year veteran of the Jazz sales staff, replaces the recently retired Larry Baum in the position.
"There was obviously tremendous interest in this position, both internally and from outside of our organization," said Haslam. "I have interviewed some very impressive candidates, but Mike not only deserves the opportunity, he was also the most qualified. Mike knows our organization and understands the value of the relationships we have with our sponsors. He will bring continuity as well as fresh vision to this position."
