Calbert Cheaney, who agreed on Thursday to work for the NBA minimum, fills one critical off-season need for the Jazz. But when the free-agent guard signs his contract early next week, the Jazz essentially will be signing off on the departure of most of their remaining free agents.
   
In other words, say goodbye to Quincy Lewis, Scott Padgett and Bryon Russell.
