The Chicago Bulls have gradually succeeded in gathering a core of talented young players.
The problem now is finding enough time for those players to develop.
Rookie point guard Jay Williams, the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for December, has started every game for Chicago and averages 30.2 minutes, a clear sign Bulls management is committed to him.
That puts the squeeze on second-year point guard Jamal Crawford, who averages just 18.5 minutes but believes his overall talent is as good as Williams'.
