The Utah Jazz revealed their gleaming new practice facility Tuesday to nods of approval and sighs of relief. The nodding was done by guests, most of whom were connected to the Jazz as boosters, media or business associates. The sighs came from the players.

Zions Bank Basketball Center was introduced with more fanfare than one might expect for a place that won't normally be open to the pubic. If you hope to see the coaches' conference room with a replica basketball court inlaid in the table, it's probably too late. Same for the state-of-the-art locker rooms. You'll probably never see the hydrotherapy pool, hot spa, cold plunge, or two whirlpools, either.
