Joe Schad of the Orlando Sentinel reports: After their team got bounced from the NCAA tournament yesterday evening by Michigan State, two Florida Gator players said they might go pro.
Sophomore David Lee and Freshman Christian Drejer are those two gators with the first more likely to go and the latter likely to stay.
"Nothing is for sure right now," said Lee, who scored 16 points on 5-for-8 shooting in Florida's NCAA Tournament loss to Michigan State. "I'm going to talk things over with my family and make that decision."
Lee could be drafted in the mid-to-late first round.
As for Drejer, there were rumblings that he could have gone in the first round last year but decided to join the Gators. Still, he sounded as if he is coming back for his sophomore season.
"I think I will be back," Drejer said. "That's the plan. But nothing is for sure."
The NBA Draft's Early Entry deadline is May 12th.
