If the Sacramento Kings go on to win the NBA championship this year, it won't be without a big, earnest push by the Utah Jazz. The Kings can thank their depth, talent and coaching. They can be grateful for their beyond-delirious crowd.
     
But as much as anything, they can thank the Jazz for admitting them to school in 1999. And for waking them for class in 2002. Finally, they can thank them for providing a push out the door this year.
