Even without Chris Webber, the Sacramento Kings were too much for the Jazz on Monday night.
   
A perennial All-Star, Webber went to the locker room with a strained lower back in the opening minute of the second quarter, when the Kings owned a tenuous 27-24 lead.
   
But instead of struggling without Webber, Sacramento surged to its 108-95 victory at Arco Arena.
