Howard Beck of the Los Angeles Daily News reports: Lakers forward Robert Horry has been fined $10,000 for shoving a TNT cameraman during halftime of Tuesday?s Game 2 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

As he was walking off the Target Center court, Horry shoved the cameraman, who he thought was going to back into him. He says it was self defense.

"I ain't saying nothing about it," Horry said of the fine. "What do I need to say about it?"

When asked if he would appeal Horry said, "Of course I'm going to appeal it. Unless they're going to give it to charity or something, give it to the victims of this crazy war."

His coach came to his defense.

"I think they should leave cameramen off the floor. They've got long-range lenses that they can reach the pitchers all the time on the sideline," said Phil  Jackson, who viewed a replay of the run-in.

"Rob, in his defense, was overrun, ... by the guy who runs out there with the cable and then that irritated him," Jackson said. "And then the cameraman, in his direct path, he kind of moved him over. The guy didn't fall down. But I didn't see the shove. I'm glad the NBA protects the camera people on the court."
