Troy Bell continued his NBA tour yesterday by working out for the Los Angeles Clippers, two days after the former Boston College guard worked out for and interviewed with the Celtics along with Notre Dame point guard Chris Thomas, Mississippi State power forward Mario Austin, and St. John's guard Marcus Hatten.
Bell, who culminated his collegiate career as BC's all-time leading scorer, has garnered looks from several NBA clubs, which should bolster his draft prospects. After graduating from BC Monday, Bell worked out with the Celtics Tuesday. He flew to Denver to work out for the Nuggets Wednesday before arriving in Los Angeles yesterday.
Bell will fly to Seattle Monday to meet with the Sonics and then attend the Chicago predraft camp June 3-6.
