Georgia Tech forward Chris Bosh, projected to be a high draft pick, and Polish forward Szymon Szewczyk worked out for the Nuggets on Saturday morning at the Pepsi Center. Unless the Nuggets can coerce Texas guard T.J. Ford to workout soon, their predraft workouts have concluded.
Although the Nuggets are projected to take Syracuse forward Carmelo Anthony with the third pick in Thursday's draft and Detroit is expected to select Serbia-Montenegro forward-center Darko Milicic with the second selection, Bosh still is holding out hope he can be a surprise high choice. Like everyone else, Bosh expects high school phenom LeBron James to be selected first overall by Cleveland.
"I can go as high as 2 through 7," Bosh said. "Except for LeBron, people keep telling me that anything can happen on draft night."
