The way Troy Bell sees it, he's done everything he can do to get ready for tomorrow night's NBA draft.

The way Al Skinner, his coach at Boston College, sees it, NBA teams would be making a mistake letting this kid fall to the second round.

``I'm relaxed. I've done everything I could in the offseason,'' Bell said from Cleveland Monday night, as he worked his way back to his Minneapolis home with a series of late workouts for teams. ``Now I have to just sit back and see what happens.''

Projections on Boston College's all-time leading scorer range from late first round into the early second - but Skinner doesn't understand why there's even a doubt.

``Everyone is trying to say he's a second-round pick but I don't think he'll last that long,'' Skinner said yesterday. ``There's got to be someone in the first round that recognizes this is a kid who has proven it and can shoot the ball, which they badly need in that league.''
