Dion Glover will be coming back to the Hawks, according to the fifth year shooting guard at the announcement of the sale of the only team that he has known.

Glover stated that the details were being worked out, and because of the new ownership group, those things could get squared away fairly soon.

To help ensure quick results, Stan Kasten, soon to be former Hawks President, made sure that Glover made the rounds with the new ownership group that was being introduced at Philips Arena on Tuesday afternoon, introducing the guard as if he were a member of the family.

Glover had worked out for the Nuggets earlier this year but he didn?t like it out there, and he cut his trip short to come back to Atlanta. The Nuggets obviously agreed with the assessment and felt the feeling was mutual, preferring to sign guards Jon Barry and Voshon Lenard to contracts instead.

But Glover had remained in contact with Hawks GM Billy Knight all summer, according to the guard, and all recent events had been pointing to a return of Glover to the team that drafted him 20th overall in the 1999 draft.
