Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas found little consolation yesterday when the NBA announced that Philadelphia 76ers center Samuel Dalembert was administered a stage one flagrant foul (no fine) for elbowing Arenas in the mouth in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's 112-105 loss to Philadelphia. No infraction was called during the game, leaving Arenas bleeding, swollen and highly agitated.
