New Orleans reserve guard Darrell Armstrong scored 20 points in 25 minutes on 8-of-11 shooting, along with three steals and no turnovers as the Hornets routed Portland 101-79 Saturday night.

Cleveland had 17 blocks, including six by Chris Mihm, for its most since Nov. 27, 1991, in Saturday night's 91-88 overtime victory over Philadelphia, snapping a 16-game losing streak to the 76ers. ... Baron Davis had eight assists against Portland to become only the second player to have 2,000 assists for the Hornets in the franchise's 16-year history.
