Allan Houston reported feeling soreness in his surgically repaired right knee yesterday, but still scored 17 points in 34 minutes.

Houston struggled to move laterally and was exploited several times by Jalen Rose, who drove past Houston with ease.

"I could feel it," Houston said. "Especially when I was trying to guard Jalen."

Yesterday's game was the third in four days for the Knicks, which contributed to Houston's knee pain. The Knicks will practice today but Houston likely will be held out. He is expected to play against the Rockets tomorrow.
