Orlando Magic guard-forward DeShawn Stevenson, who can become a restricted free agent this summer, doesn't really want to have go condo-hunting again.

"I love it here. I love playing with Tracy [McGrady]," Stevenson said. "I love the organization, the way they handle things. I hope everything works out well. I'm happy with the situation."

The Magic are also happy with Stevenson, but they will be regrouping after a disastrous season.

And that means that while they can match what another might offer Stevenson, the Magic will have to first make him a qualifying offer this summer. If they do not, Stevenson can become an unrestricted free agent.

"DeShawn is really one of those guys who brings it every night," Magic Coach Johnny Davis said. "Guys like that can be part of the foundation we're trying to build here."
