Penny Hardaway lobbied for a bigger role in the offense and now he doesn't have just one, but multiple roles to fill.
Hardaway is expected to replace Tim Thomas in the starting lineup at small forward tonight as well as get some minutes at shooting guard and point guard and chase after Richard Jefferson.

"This is what I've always wanted," Hardaway said yesterday. "I know they always say be careful of what you wish for but this is what I live for. The playoffs is all or nothing, win or go home. I just hate that Tim had to be injured for this to happen."
