It looks like Lincoln high school star Sebastian Telfair will announce that he is declaring for the 2004 NBA Draft the week of May 3 with a shoe deal from one of the big companies like that could be worth $10 million, this according to sources.

Telfair is believed to have a chance of being a lottery pick in the June 26 draft.
