Rasheed Wallace is finally winning praise for his courage and his grit.

Acquired for his immense talent, Wallace is displaying the heart of a champion by overcoming a foot of plantar fasciiis.

?The guy is pretty much playing on one leg,? said teammate Ben Wallace after the Pistons pulled out Game 6 in New Jersey to set up a deciding Game 7 Thursday night.  ?But he keeps going out there and giving us everything he can give us.?

Grimacing in pain, Wallace scored 14 points, five rebounds and four blocks in 40 minutes in the Pistons? 81-75 win Sunday.

However, Wallace is not flattered by all the accolades.
?It ain?t nothing special,? he said. ?It was just doing some small things, the little extra hustle plays, even though I was still out there limping. I ain?t got time for my foot to be hurting, man. My teammates need me.?
