Another day, another Portland Trailblazer involved in some negative way the law.

The East St. Louis police said Thursday that they questioned NBA player Darius Miles and arrested two of his companions in a sweep of some of the city's most notorious drug corners Wednesday night.

Miles was not arrested but Rudy McIntosh, the deputy East St. Louis police chief, said that officers found marijuana on two men who had been riding with Miles, 22, in his sport utility vehicle.

Apparently the police found no evidence that Miles had broken the law, but McIntosh said the basketball star was uncooperative and combative with officers.

"He should carry himself in a more professional manner," McIntosh said.
