Even though Jason Terry cannont be traded for 60 days, many NBA reporters, including Fred Kerber of the New York Post, are reporting that this is a move that will help the Mavericks reacquire Jason Kidd.  Many feel that this 60 day waiting period will be an asset to Dallas, as they will be able to gauge how Kidd's knee has recovered.
