The Phoenix Suns were defeated on Thursday night by Steve Nash's old team the Dallas Mavericks by a final score of 119-113, but they still head into the All-Star break with the NBA's second best record.

If the Suns had defeated the Mavericks, they would have matched San Antonio's 41-12 record.  Instead they stumble in with a shocking 41-13 mark.

Michael Finley had a very impressive 33 points for Dallas, while Amare Stoudemire led the Suns with 31 points and 12 rebounds
