Michael Sweetney was perfect in the first half, going 9-9 from the floor, scoring 19 points. He wouldn't score again over the remainder of the game, but the Knicks still beat the Warriors by a final score of 115-99.
``I just got out and started running the floor early. I got a lot of deep post-ups and easy layups,'' said Sweetney.
The Warriors were without Jason Richardson for much of the first half when he cut had a cut over his left eyebrow, which required 7 stitches.
Stephon Marbury had 26 points and a season-high 16 assists.
