After tearing his left Achilles' tendon during the first game of the season, the Denver Nuggets did not expect to see Voshon Lenard suit up again this season, but after his practice on Wednesday, it appears that the shooting guard will be able to return as his team makes a playoff run.

"I honestly think he will play basketball for the Denver Nuggets this season," coach George Karl said. "I was surprised he played as much as he did (Wednesday). I think it was more of a passing-game, conditioning practice, but he made it through the whole practice, which I thought was a surprise."

The Nuggets have had perimeter problems all season long until they signed Wesley Person. Getting Lenard back on the floor would only boost their playoff chances.

"Vo's always the first guy and the last guy here trying to get ready," center Marcus Camby said. "It's still a long process, still a long way away, but it's good to see that it's not career-ending or career-threatening."
