The New York Knicks ended Jerome James' indefinite suspension and restored the center to the active roster for Friday night's game against the Washington Wizards.

James was suspended Monday for conduct detrimental to the team -- the Knicks said he was unprepared to practice Sunday. He missed Monday night's 140-133, triple-overtime victory against Phoenix.
