The Phoenix Suns announced today the signing of NBA Development League standout Andre Barrett to a 10-day contract.

Barrett, the top pick in the 2005 NBA Development League Draft, has been one of the top players in the D-League this season, averaging 17.0 points (11th) and 6.6 assists (3rd) in 33 games for the Florida Flame.  He is the seventh GATORADE Call-UP of the 2005-06 NBA Development League season and the 57th overall since the league began play in November 2001.
