Calvin Booth signed a two year contract last year with the Washington Wizards, with the second year being a player option for $999,000.  On Tuesday, Booth exercised his option for the 2006-2007 season, a source informed RealGM?s Christopher Reina on Wednesday afternoon.

Booth, product of Penn State, who has played for Seattle, Milwaukee and two stints each in Dallas and Washington, appeared in 33 games for the Wizards during their 2005-2006 campaign.
