The Celtics have signed undrafted Villanova guard Allen Ray to a contract.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ray helped Villanova enter the NCAA tournament as a top seed and often played the role of combo guard alongside first round selections Randy Foye and Kyle Lowry.
