The Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday announced the signings of first-round pick Rodney Carney and second-round pick Bobby Jones. Both players were acquired in draft-day trades.

Terms were not disclosed on either deal. However, Carney will receive $2.48 million for two years under the rookie salary scale, with the 76ers holding options for third and fourth years.

A 6-6 forward, Carney was selected 16th overall by the Chicago Bulls, who traded his rights, a 2007 second-round pick and $1 million to the Sixers for the rights to No. 13 pick Thabo Sefolosha, who was drafted by Philadelphia.
