Oleksiy Pecherov, first round pick of the Washington Wizards, remains unsigned. The club is still deciding where they prefer the forward to play this season.

Pecherov played in Paris last season, but remains under contract to BC Kyiv and must sign with the Wizards before the team can bring him to camp. The Wizards can pay up to $500,000 of Pecherov's $800,000 buyout with BC Kyiv.
