The Spurs open training camp next week in Lyon, France and barring a setback when the medical staff examine him one last time, Tony Parker will be fully participating.

"The finger is doing great," Parker said on Wednesday. "I feel a lot better. I don't do X-rays until (Thursday), but I feel great, and I'm ready to go."
