Twice, Randy Wittman has left the Timberwolves' organization, once to become a head coach and the second when the Wolves released the entire staff after the 2005 season.

But each time, he's made his way back, and Wittman started his third stint with the Timberwolves on Tuesday as the team opened training camp at Mankato.
