The Portland Trail Blazers announced today that after consultation with a number of doctors, Darius Miles will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee next Tuesday in New York. Dr. Russell Warren will perform the procedure. The exact scope of the surgery and recovery time has yet to be determined. As of now, he will be out indefinitely.

"Darius has done everything he was supposed to do with his rehabilitation from last year's surgery. After consultation with several knee experts it has been determined that this is the best course of action." said team president and GM Steve Patterson.
