Magic point guard Jameer Nelson was scratched before Orlando's 111-103 win in Minnesota on Tuesday night after sustaining what the team called a "slight concussion" in practice.

Nelson was hit in the head by an errant elbow during practice on Monday in Washington and still had some headaches on Tuesday, so coach Stan Van Gundy decided to give him the night off.
