Isiah Thomas couldn't provide a timetable for when power forward Zach Randolph would rejoin the Knicks. Randolph missed Sunday night's game due to the death of his grandmother on Friday.
The Knicks open a four-game West Coast trip tomorrow in Phoenix. They'll play four games in five days, and there is a chance that Randolph will be back at some point over the next six days.
"We'll give him as much time as he needs," Thomas said last night. "Whatever he needs from our organization, we'll be sensitive to his emotions and feelings. This is a difficult time for him, and our prayers and our best wishes are with him and his family."
