ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher, quoting a source close to Mike D'Antoni, reported on SportsCenter early Friday that D'Antoni is leaning toward taking the New York job.

The outline of the deal is for approximately six years and $30 million although it could be even more lucrative.

D'Antoni is waiting for the Bulls to counter with another offer.  Sources insist D'Antoni is waiting to go to the Bulls provided they make a quality offer.
