If the Sonics or Wolves would have won the lottery, we would already know the order of the first two picks, but the Bulls are a franchise that does things in measured and deliberate ways and have equal needs at point guard and power forward, so they will take their time in making this decision.  

Just as the first slot goes to Derrick Rose or Michael Beasley, as does the second slot, but picks three through five should remain fairly static for the next month.  Picks six through 60 will have great fluctuation, but here is our initial projections.
