Boston center Kendrick Perkins is uncertain for Game Five against Los Angeles on Sunday because of a sprained shoulder, according to The Associated Press.

Perkins injured the shoulder during the team's victory over the Lakers on Thursday night.

Rajon Rondo aggravated his sprained ankle, and star forward Paul Pierce also rolled his ankle in the Game Four victory.
