Free agent forward Eduardo Najera would prefer to remain with the Nuggets but is excited for any kind of offer, according to The Rocky Mountain News.

He admitted on Wednesday night that he has yet to receive any contract offers this month.

Rumor has it that Kiki Vandeweghe of the Nets covets Najera's services.

"Kiki brought me to Denver (in March 2005), and I know he does things the right way," Najera said. "He's trying to get a team to compete in the East. . . . I'm ready for any kind of offer. I'm excited if they're considering signing me."
