It took the refs reviewing the final play of the Lakers-Pacers 'game at Conseco Fieldhouse before Indiana was finally awarded an improbable comeback win over the L.A. Lakers on Tuesday night, the Associated Press is reporting.

With the Pacers down by 1, Troy Murphy was able to get his hands on a batted ball and get it near the basket, with the ball dropping through the net as the final buzzer sounded to give Indiana a 118-117 win.

"That's purely unbelievable," Danny Granger (32 points) said. "Troy is a monster on the boards. He gobbles up so many rebounds, and I'm glad he got it because I couldn't get to it."

"There was some luck involved, but that's the way basketball is if you don't take care of business," Lakers' coach Phil Jackson said. "They got some energy going to the hoop, and the right thing happened for them."
