The Magic are looking for help in the backcourt, and have had trade discussions with the Nuggets about veteran Chucky Atkins.

The deal could fall through though, as Orlando general manager Otis Smith pursues other options as well.

Atkins is making $3.4 million in the final year of his contract with Denver.
