The NBA has cleared J.R. Smith for any wrong doing from the Nuggets-Mavericks' game earlier this week, but they are still looking into Mavs' owner Mark Cuban, the Associated Press is reporting.

Cuban came onto the court during the game to yell at Smith after he believed that Smith threw an elbow at Antoine Wright.
