Miami forward Udonis Haslem believes that the team needs to grow up quickly and start winning games on the road.

"It's time for this team to grow up," Haslem said. "We've got to go out here on the road and we've got to get these wins. The position we're in playoff-wise, with the race we're in right now, we really don't have a choice."

Miami has lost 11 of their last 14 road games.

"We've only won 13 on the road," coach Erik Spoelstra said. "We've had a lot of painful experiences now in the last 2 1/2 weeks. I think it's time for our team to take the next step forward.

"I do think we are ready. But it's got to start with the mental focus, the intensity."
