Wednesday night's game between New York and New Jersey could be the final time we see Nate Robinson and David Lee in a Knicks' uniform.
Both Lee and Robinson are restricted free agents, and are expected to receive offers from other teams.
"Every scenario in the world will be on the board this summer, and it starts with the draft and free agency," coach Mike D'Antoni said. "We'll try to get better -- a lot better -- yet have some [ salary cap] room [in 2010]. We took the first step this year."
It will be hard for the Knicks to re-sign both Lee and Robinson, while also clearing cap space for the 2010 offseason.
"There's so much speculation and it's so far away," D'Antoni said. "Nobody knows what's going to happen. Donnie focuses on long-term plans. Our goal as coaches is the next game."
