The Bulls defeated the Celtics 121-118 in double overtime on Sunday afternoon to tie their first round series at two games apiece.

Ray Allen made a three-pointer with just a few seconds left in regulation to force the first overtime period, and Ben Gordon drilled a three of his own at the end of the extra period to force yet another overtime.

Allen had 28 points, while Gordon scored 22 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.

The two points guards, Boston's Rajon Rondo and Chicago rookie Derrick Rose, continued their tremendous play at the United Center in Game 4.

Rondo had another triple-double with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, while Rose excelled with 23 points, 11 boards and 8 dimes in the victory.

While Rose walked away with the win, he had eight turnovers against just one for Rondo.

The Bulls lead the entire the second overtime, but Paul Pierce hit a three-pointer with 19.2 seconds left to cut Chicago's lead to 119-118.

John Salmons then hit a pair of free throws, and Pierce's game-tying three-point attempt was blocked as time expired.
