On Wednesday, the NBA rescinded the technical foul that Magic center Dwight Howard received in Tuesday night's Game 4 win over the Cavaliers.
The foul was Howard's sixth of the postseason, which put him one whistle away from a one-game suspension. He's now back down to five for the playoffs.
Howard was given the technical for taunting Anderson Varejao after a layup in the fourth quarter. Varejao draped his arms around Howard in a failed attempt to stop him from scoring.
"I wasn't taunting Varejao or anything," Howard said after the game. "My thing, it was a tough play. He grabbed me around the neck and I made the shot."
