On Monday, Danny Ferry was asked about the Cavaliers plans on offering LeBron James an extension.

"At the appropriate time, we'll sit down with (agent) Leon Rose and LeBron," said Ferry.  "He knows he's important to our franchise and Northeast Ohio."
