Austin Daye didn't get the first-round guarantee he was looking for, but the Gonzaga forward will remain in the NBA Draft.

"We're excited for Austin. It's what he wants to do," Bulldogs coach Mark Few said in a news release. "He was great to coach and was a great teammate. He will be missed."

Daye has worked out for the Knicks, Nets, Bobcats, Suns and Pistons.

He averaged 12.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game as a sophomore.
